Dear SITE Northeast Members and Friends,

Due to the current weather advisory impacting New York City and Boston, and with everyone’s safety in mind, we have made the decision to postpone Monday’s Annual General Meeting.

While we were truly looking forward to coming together as a chapter, the well-being of our members, speakers, sponsors, and partners must always come first.

We are already working to confirm a new date and will communicate those details very soon.

All registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event, so there is nothing you need to do at this time. Your place will remain secured, and we look forward to gathering under safer and more favorable conditions.

To ensure a balanced ratio of planners and suppliers at this event, all supplier attendees must bring a qualified planner as their guest. The accompanying planner does not need to be a SITE member but should be actively involved in planning and decision-making for meetings, incentives, or events. 

Both the supplier and planner must complete registration to secure participation.
You will need the following information to complete the planner's registration:

First & Last Name, Company, Job Title, Mobile Number, Is SITE Member, and Dietary Restrictions.
