Colleen Brzozowski, CIS, CITP

Colleen Brzozowski, CIS, CITP is the Regional Director of Global of Sales – Midwest for Hard Rock International, based in Chicago, and is responsible for building brand awareness for the global hotel portfolio. She knows the power of in-person events and believes that music connects people like nothing else, so bringing these two mindsets together with Hard Rock is the perfect combination.

She has over 30 years of experience in the industry, and it all began because she was better at typing than she was at serving meals in a hotel restaurant.  Colleen’s experience spans from on-property hotel sales roles and leadership, National Sales for 3 different segments of the industry including a small hotel collection, a nationwide DMC group and a rep firm, as well as leading the sales efforts for a global catering organization focused on 3 Chicago cultural institutions.

Colleen is completing her final year of her six-year term on the SITE International Board of Directors.  She was nominated to serve as the 2026 Member-At-Large on the Executive Committee and is Chair of the CMAC (Chapter Management Advisory Council).  During her time on the IBOD, she also held the role of VP of Education and Certification.  Prior to this, Colleen served on the award-winning SITE Chicago Board of Directors for 5 years and was the 2020 Chapter President.
